The BD Comics catalogue changes frequently. You can subscribe to our newsletter and check out our website regularly to be updated on new releases from BD Comics. I have paid for my order but I am not able to read my comic.

You must first install the Flash Player plugin to display the Comic Reader and the homepage animations. You can download it at the Adobe official website.

How can I read my comic online on BD Comics?

Online reading is very simple: You just have to click with your mouse on the buttons of the comic reader, use the keyboard shortcuts to turn pages or zoom in or out of the pages. Click on the « help » button to learn about the shortcuts.

On the comic reader, I have the possibility to use the functions « Adjust screen », « Adjust width » and « Real size ». What are the differences?

• « Adjust screen » will adapt the page for it to be fully visible on the screen.
• « Adjust width » zooms in the page for it to take the width of the screen.
• « Real size » makes the page visible at the highest resolution possible. Warning: It is possible that your screen is set on a higher resolution than the pages’. Consequently, in « Real size » the image will be smaller than in « Adjust width ».

In « Real size », I would like to scroll horizontally on the page.

In « Real size » and « Adjust width », your mouse cursor changes into a hand. To scroll the page, maintain the left click pressed on the image and move your mouse left to go right or right to go left.

Please check that your antivirus software or your firewall is not restricting access to bdcomics.izneo.com. The problem can also be caused by your internet connection. Please contact your ISP. A high speed internet connection is preferable for a better reading experience..

Can I download on my computer the comics I have ordered?

On BD Comics, streaming reading is only available, meaning you cannot download any file. You only need an internet connection. Following this idea, it is not permitted to print or save the pages of the comic bought.

However, you can read your comics on iPad without necessarily having an internet connection (see the following question: "Is it necessary to be connected to the internet on the iPad to read comics?").

I can’t log in BD Comics with my iPad!

For security reasons, the accessibility to comics on a BD Comics account is limited to 5 computers (fix IPs) to read online, and to 1 iPad user (UD ID) for reading on mobile devices. If you cannot read your BD Comics comics on your iPad web navigator, please contact us at the following email address: contact@izneo.com.

How can I put money on my charge account using the iPad?

For the time being, it is only possible to charge in your BD Comics account through the web at bdcomics.izneo.com. For that, no need to be on your computer, you can access your charge account through Safari on the iPad, the payment does not use Flash Player!

Are there any planned improvements on the application?

Updates on the application for iPad are available regularly. These updates improve the use of the application and its reading comfort. A notification appears on the AppStore whenever an update is available.

Is it necessary to be connected to the internet on the iPad to read comics?

It is possible to read previously bought and downloaded comics without being connected to the internet. However you must first be connected via your izneo account in the category “Settings”.

My BD Comics account works on any iPad?

If you have been logged in to izneo for the first time on an iPad, your account will be linked to this particular iPad. To unlink them, log in on bdcomics.izneo.com , in "Profile" choose to unlink your BD Comics account from the iPad. You will then be able to read your comics on another iPad.
