General Carrington kidnaps President Sheridan with the intention to put him on trial. But he needs the help of Jason and Jones to track down the Mongoose, who will serve as a witness. I liked this book. Again Van Hamme comes up with a great chapter in the overall story. It kicks off right away with the kidnapping and the circumstances around it.
