Résumé

On the death of King Edward of England, his son, Harold, goes back on his promise to yield the throne to William of Normandy. Now, William develops an obsession with reclaiming his rightful heritage, so he begins his preparations for the most formidable military invasion that Europe has ever seen.It will be the start of a terrible war that culminates at the famous Battle of Hastings.
