Impressive Swedish horror story about crows, loneliness, and the darkness that creates monsters. It's more of an illustrated book than a graphic novel, and the illustrations are the best part - dark, moody, yet so beautiful, they excel at conveying the terror as it slowly builds up. The story is told in short, broken sentences, as if the character was already out of breath before the frights began. And yet… each page feels like a micro-story that ends in sort of a micro-climax, final sentences...
